| Image Directions AVI (Video Media) | MOV (QuickTime Media) | RM (Real Media) | WMV (Windows Media) | SWF (Flash Media) | Animated GIF (Image Type) - Open and play (using any of the media players) the file you wish to submit until you find the frame you wish to capture. Pause here.
- Capture that screen by holding down the Alt and the Print Screen Keys at the same time.
- Open up Photoshop and go to File -> New, and press OK.
- Go to Edit -> Paste and this will bring in the screen that you have just captured.
- Use your crop tool to select the portion of the image you wish to use and double click inside the selected part.
- Go to File -> Save As and select JPG (*.JPG, *.JPEG, *.JPE), name your file, navigate to where you want to save the file, and press Save.
- When submitting the image to the gallery, this will be the file you browse to when asked for the Thumbnail file.
TIF (Image Type) - Open up Photoshop and go to File -> Open, browse your computer for the TIF image and press the Open Button.
- Go to File -> Save As and select JPG (*.JPG, *.JPEG, *.JPE), name your file, navigate to where you want to save the file, and press the save button
- When submitting the image to the gallery, this will be the file you browse to when asked for the Thumbnail file.
PPT (Microsoft PowerPoint) - Open PowerPoint and find a slide you wish to capture and open it in full screen.
- Capture the screen by holding down the Alt and the Print Screen Keys at the same time.
- Open up Photoshop and go to File -> New, and press OK.
- Go to Edit -> Paste and this will bring in the screen that you have just captured.
- Use your crop tool to select just the portion of the image you wish to use and double click inside the selected part.
- Go to File -> Save As and select JPG (*.JPG, *.JPEG, *.JPE), name your file, navigate to where you want to save the file, and press Save.
- When submitting the image to the gallery, this will be the file you browse to when asked for the Thumbnail file.
ZIP (Compressed Media) - Open the ZIP File by double clicking on it.
- Find a file you wish to use and follow one of the above instructions, depending on the type of file that is within the ZIP file.
