AVI (Video Media) | MOV (QuickTime Media) | RM (Real Media) | WMV (Windows Media) | SWF (Flash Media) | Animated GIF (Image Type)

1. Open and play (using any of the media players) the file you wish to submit until you find the frame you wish to capture. Pause here.
2. Capture that screen by holding down the Alt and the Print Screen Keys at the same time.
3. Open up Photoshop and go to File -> New, and press OK.
4. Go to Edit -> Paste and this will bring in the screen that you have just captured.
5. Use your crop tool to select the portion of the image you wish to use and double click inside the selected part.
6. Go to File -> Save As and select JPG (*.JPG, *.JPEG, *.JPE), name your file, navigate to where you want to save the file, and press Save.
7. When submitting the image to the gallery, this will be the file you browse to when asked for the Thumbnail file.

TIF (Image Type)

1. Open up Photoshop and go to File -> Open, browse your computer for the TIF image and press the Open Button.
2. Go to File -> Save As and select JPG (*.JPG, *.JPEG, *.JPE), name your file, navigate to where you want to save the file, and press the save button
3. When submitting the image to the gallery, this will be the file you browse to when asked for the Thumbnail file.

PPT (Microsoft PowerPoint)

1. Open PowerPoint and find a slide you wish to capture and open it in full screen.
2. Capture the screen by holding down the Alt and the Print Screen Keys at the same time.
3. Open up Photoshop and go to File -> New, and press OK.
4. Go to Edit -> Paste and this will bring in the screen that you have just captured.
5. Use your crop tool to select just the portion of the image you wish to use and double click inside the selected part.
6. Go to File -> Save As and select JPG (*.JPG, *.JPEG, *.JPE), name your file, navigate to where you want to save the file, and press Save.
7. When submitting the image to the gallery, this will be the file you browse to when asked for the Thumbnail file.

ZIP (Compressed Media)

1. Open the ZIP File by double clicking on it.
2. Find a file you wish to use and follow one of the above instructions, depending on the type of file that is within the ZIP file.
